The success of BSL depends not only on supplying quality products, but also on providing efficient and high standards of maintenance service and technical support. Our service philosophy is to ensure the functionability of equipment and machine, and to provide a high degree of application and product support.
It is the policy of BSL to supply only products for which service support can be provided, and therefore we believe in training our people, both in-house and at our Principal’s factory.
We also maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts, proper tools and equipment in our Service Centre to ensure a quality service back-up in terms of fast response time and effective repairs, thus minimizing the equipment downtime. Furthermore, we invested full set of calibration tools for equipment that we supplied.
